We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Experience Customer Specialist to join our content team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent learning solutions. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and innovative content that drives their success.
Content Recommendations
- Lead customer content strategy sessions with an initial focus on launch and then on a
quarterly basis
- Make content recommendations for launch and ongoing on a quarterly basis
- Participate in quarterly catch-ups and executive alignments with customers
- Handle ad-hoc requests from Customer Success Managers (CSM) or directly from
customers
- Follow up on actions from the CSM during regular catch-ups
- Conduct platform content audits.
Creative Content Development
- Work closely with customers on launch and engagement initiatives utilising Thrive content
- Develop innovative concepts for customer video assets and collaborate closely with our
graphic designers to bring these visions to life
The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and strong organisational and customer service skills. You will be a proactive and innovative thinker, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
