200563505 The Training Content Creator will be responsible, along with two others for developing and delivering engaging training content that enhances our channel partners employees' skills and knowledge of the Apple brand and our products. Be that working with the RTM Leads on devising our approach for training execution in our partners estate or working with the EMEIA training team to execute training to Apple exacting standards. This role requires a blend of instructional design, multimedia production, and face to face training delivery. To complement the WW and local overarching training strategy the Training Content Creator will need to work collaboratively with the RTM Leads, two other Training Content Creators, and our Account Executives to develop engaging content that delivers against the annual marketing plan. The role will see the successful candidate becoming a business partner to two other Training Content Creators, our EMEIA and WW training teams and externally with our channel partners. In order to be successful in the role, the incumbent will have the support of the RTM Leads, the Sales Account Executives and the Channel Sales Enablement Lead.
Description Face to Face Training Delivery: Conduct live training sessions with a strong presence and the ability to engage and motivate learners Content Creation (Instructor-led and Virtual): Develop high-quality training materials for both in person and virtual environments, ensuring content is engaging, effective, and aligned with learning objectives Editorial and Videography: Produce, edit, and publish high quality video content that supports training initiatives. Utilising videography skills to capture compelling footage and create visually appealing training videos Instructional Design: Design and develop instructional materials using best practices in learning theory, Creating detailed training modules, guides, and assessments Copywriting and Scripting: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for training materials, including scripts for video content and other multimedia Style and Tone of Voice: Set and maintain the appropriate style and tone of voice for various training scenarios and filming locations, ensuring consistency and high quality across all content Producer, Director, and Camera Operations: Oversee the production of training videos, including directing shoots, operating cameras, lighting and managing production schedules Casting, Storyboarding, and Location Management: Plan and execute filming shoots, including casting talent, creating storyboards, and selecting appropriate filming locations LMS Knowledge: Utilise Learning Management System (LMS) platforms to deliver and track training programs. Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and up to date. Social Media Knowledge: A knowledge of social media platforms and how to engage our audiences initiatives and engage with learners. Creating content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives participation

Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience of creating impactful and engaging training content
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a large volume of stakeholders
- Proven experience in instructional design and content creation for training purposes
- Strong videography, editing, and production skills including camera and lighting
- Excellent copywriting and scripting abilities
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms and familiarity with e-learning tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for engaging learners
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to life
- Experience in face to face training delivery
- Expertise in creating instructor-led and virtual training content
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to produce high quality multimedia content
- Skilled in casting, storyboarding, and location management for filming shoots
- Ability to set and maintain the appropriate style and tone of voice for various training scenarios
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A qualification in Education, Communications, Multimedia, or related field would be advantageous
