The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, automate and analyze email marketing campaigns, as well as manage and create forms for contact data capture. The ideal candidate will work with business partners and internal stakeholders to identify, recommend and implement measurable campaigns optimizations, and craft strategies for future programs based on in-depth analysis of results.

- Strategize, deploy, monitor, analyze and report on email campaigns – and provide insights and recommendations based on results
- Build complex marketing automation campaigns that involve multiple third-party solutions and services
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, or provide alternative solutions when necessary
- Build, update, and maintain forms to capture user information – and understand how data flows from one platform to another
- Ensure the highest level of quality of work and accurate deliverables
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and recommend how these could be integrated into campaign strategies
You'll Need To Have
- 5+ years of experience working within email marketing with experience planning and building effective email campaigns – audience targeting and segmenting, personalization, optimization, deployment, reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of email deliverability and email performance analysis
- An understanding of emerging trends in email marketing, constantly identifying new opportunities to test/adapt in order to make our efforts more effective
- Experience with Eloqua (preferred) or similar enterprise-level email service providers
- Knowledge and an understanding of email tracking / email marketing analytics tools
- Experience with content management system, such as WordPress
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize accordingly
- A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and in a team environment
- The ability to project-manage your own campaigns, run your time well, prioritize your workload, and track your hours accurately
