The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented and driven
CRM Specialist to take the lead in crafting and executing impactful strategies across email, SMS, and direct mail channels. In this exciting new role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our customer relationships and driving growth during a time of significant expansion. What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy to boost lead conversion, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Create and optimise personalised campaigns using segmentation and customer journey mapping.
- Manage and grow our email, SMS, and direct mail marketing efforts across diverse markets and segments.
- Oversee triggered email workflows, newsletters, and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Admissions, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and analyse performance metrics, delivering insights to meet ambitious targets.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and maintain the accuracy of customer data within our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven expertise as a CRM or Email Marketing Manager with a history of driving growth and ROI.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of marketing automation tools, ESPs, and segmentation techniques.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to use data to inform and refine CRM strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Commercial Acumen: Focused on achieving measurable results in conversion and revenue.
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML is a plus but not essential.
