At GetGround, we’re on a mission to redefine property management for landlords. Our innovative platform and marketing strategies aim to drive long-term organic growth while delivering exceptional services like company formation, accounting, and mortgages. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll directly impact our vision and see the tangible results of your efforts.
This is a key role in GetGround’s marketing team, designed to lead and execute the SEO program. Your primary focus will be on building organic traffic through onsite and offsite optimisation strategies. You will have a leading role in shaping SEO processes, working closely with the Acquisition and Brand squads.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including onsite optimization and high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Clean up and address existing SEO debt within the first 4 months.
- Establish scalable processes to drive significant organic growth over 12 months.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the website and marketing content.
- Utilise tools like Hubspot, Looker, and GA4 to monitor performance and generate insights.
The experience and skills you will have:
- Proven experience in SEO (as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar).
- Expertise in onsite and offsite SEO strategies, including reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrable ability to build high-quality backlink profiles.
- Ideally experience in content writing.
- Ideally understanding of HTML and CSS
