We are seeking a Brand Partnerships & Marketing Assistant to help drive impactful campaigns and shape our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand collaborations.
About the Role
As the Brand Partnerships & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and ensuring the seamless execution of in-store and digital campaigns. Working closely with the Partnerships & Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to campaigns that align with brand objectives while adhering to Harrods’ renowned standards of excellence. From liaising with brands to managing assets and reports, your role will ensure smooth operations across all partnership activities.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract until September 2025, based in Hammersmith, requiring 2 days a week onsite (potentially an additional day for events) with standard working hours of 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Flexibility required for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Partnerships & Marketing Manager to create tailored presentations and proposals that align with brand partner goals.
- Track and manage bookings, contracts, and media plans while ensuring deadlines and brand requirements are met.
- Oversee the smooth execution of in-store and digital campaigns by working closely with internal creative, CRM, publishing, and marketing teams.
- Deliver clear post-campaign reports, update progress trackers, and manage contracts and media activity databases.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing proactive updates, feedback, and problem-solving for campaign success.

You’re a highly organised, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for the luxury industry. With your excellent interpersonal skills, you thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, paired with your solution-oriented mindset, makes you an invaluable asset to any team.
You will also have:
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- A personal interest in fashion and an understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, ideally within a luxury retailer.
