We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Digital Marketing Senior Manager in the ecommerce team to lead and align performance marketing efforts across multiple channels.
This role will be pivotal in driving the strategic direction for You Tube, display/programmatic, while also acting as a key escalation point and support for affiliate marketing.
Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you will ensure campaigns are cohesive, data-driven, and designed to achieve measurable business growth.
Cross-Channel Strategy
- Lead the development of an integrated performance marketing strategy across display, programmatic, YouTube, and affiliates to maximize business impact.
- Partner with internal teams (PPC, SEO, Strategy) to align efforts across the funnel and maximize synergy between channels.
- Identify growth opportunities across channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
YouTube & Display/Programmatic
- Develop and execute strategies for YouTube and display/programmatic campaigns, focusing on driving brand consideration and engagement.
- Work closely with agencies and the media team to plan and optimize campaigns, ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Ensure creative assets and messaging resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives.
Affiliate Marketing Support
- Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with the Affiliate team to ensure the program aligns with overall performance goals and supports business growth.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Define KPIs and track performance across channels, with a focus on driving actionable insights.
- Regularly review campaign performance with agencies and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration & Thought Leadership
- Driving collaboration between teams and ensuring strategies are data-driven.
- Partner with the creative and media team to ensure assets align with channel requirements and campaign goals.
- Provide thought leadership within the organization, sharing insights and recommendations for long-term success.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Agency or in house experience at a Manager (in house)/senior manager (agency) level
- Strong track record of developing and executing integrated media strategies across channels.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Smartly and affiliate management tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working across teams and with external partners.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
