We're seeking a VP of Marketing / Director of Marketing / Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the global marketing team, collaborating with the CEO to drive revenue and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute strategies across media buying, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing, YouTube organic content, affiliate marketing, and social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Oversee and optimize marketing systems, manage teams (media buying, content production), and personally lead key initiatives like developing new client acquisition channels (e.g., referral marketing).
- Restructure and elevate the marketing department, ensuring top talent across all functions to support sustained growth.
- Manage and optimize team performance (media buying, content production) to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead and execute key projects, like developing new client acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine the marketing department, ensuring systems and processes are designed for scalability.
- Analyze trends and best practices in winning ads and organic content on YouTube to adapt strategies.
- Conduct competitor research to strengthen market positioning.
- Leverage marketing tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Notion, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Vidtao, and Excel for data-driven decisions.
- Manage a team, including media buyers, a content writer, social media managers, and spokespeople.
- Foster a culture of innovation and high performance within the team.
- Lead and scale content marketing systems for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure all advertising content adheres to platform-specific compliance standards. Oversee content production (YouTube, social media, email marketing) for brand alignment and engagement.
You'll be supported by an assistant who helps execute strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years in a management position within a company generating $15M+ USD in annual revenue.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, direct response marketing, content production, and advertising management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Exceptional managerial skills, including creating and implementing SOPs, managing people and processes effectively, and driving results.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a "get things done" attitude.
- Analytical thinker with a structured, strategic approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, passionate about driving impactful results. Prior ownership or leadership of a marketing agency or business is a plus.
Key Challenges & Opportunities:
