Independent Women's Ambassador and Influencer Manager supports the vision and mission of the company by driving significant brand awareness and engagement through strategically managed relationships with brand representatives, resulting in positive influence and change and measurable impact. She will develop and execute strategies for representatives' engagements and foster authentic relationships with ambassadors and influencers to ensure positive brand image and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience with project management and strategy development; the proven ability to build relationships, trust, and loyalty among individuals; and the drive to build a network of advocates who genuinely believe in and add to the work of Independent Women. This position requires an expert communicator who has strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Types of Activities Include:

Oversee the Independent Women Ambassador Program and integration of ambassadors into various aspects of work across the company (including working with all departments to support business objectives). This includes creating program guidelines, incentives, and organizing training sessions for ambassadors.
- Develop a sought-after program with clear processes, goals and objectives
- Lead ambassador onboarding and integration
- Work directly with Operations Manager to ensure streamlined communication and processes to ensure ambassador satisfaction
- Facilitate ambassador communications, weekly — group and individual. This includes alerting ambassadors with bracketing opportunities, providing timely and relevant messaging points developed by policy, and equipping them with creative elements for social media engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between ambassadors and the organization, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain open communication, regularly providing updates, asking for feedback, and offering support
- Make ambassadors feel like an extension of our staff — instill enthusiasm, energy, and activity
- Be the point of contact for all ambassador-related inquiries and provide support and resources as needed
- Manage all expectations and work of ambassadors
- Monitor and report on impact: Develop tracking and reporting systems for ambassador activities and success stories. Regularly communicate with ambassadors to track their progress, activities, and impact. Use this data to analyze the success of the program and make adjustments as necessary
- Provide resources and support: Work closely with various departments within the organization to develop and provide resources, tools, and materials for ambassadors to effectively engage in activities, and promote our mission and values
- Manage staffing plans and provide run of show details for all ambassador travel and events
- Provide event support for any company event involving ambassadors
- Attend large-scale events with ambassadors as the brand representative for the organization to expand brand impact
- Coordinate ambassador engagement in coalition activities and confirm the company brand is represented
- Acknowledge and reward top-performing ambassadors to maintain their motivation and engagement
Establish and oversee the Independent Women Digital Influencer Program.
- Develop influencer strategies to build a reliable network of individuals who are passionate about our brand and issues, have a strong online presence, and are actively reaching our target audience(s)
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with company goals and establish influencer strategies with overall organizational goals — including support of our storytelling, campaigns, drives, and other initiatives
- Manage company Tagger account
- Execute weekly prospecting outreach to build a diverse network of influencers
- Negotiate and manage contracts and partnerships with influencers
- Develop well-structured campaigns with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables for each influencer
- Establish a clear approval process, including criteria for evaluating impact
- Monitor and analyze influencer performance and provide regular reports to management

Independent Women influencers effectively reach new audiences for the organization and validate Independent Women's necessary work to broaden the conservative coalition beyond the base
Independent Women is a "go-to" brand for influencers who want to showcase that conservatism/conservatives are forward-looking, empathetic, smart, fun, and pro-woman

She will serve as a member of the Communications Department's Marketing Vertical, in the Audience Management division. She will collaborate across all verticals and departments and report to the Marketing Director.
