The Role Description: Marketing Coordinator, Tatcha UK/EU

We have an exciting opportunity to hire a passionate and driven Marketing Coordinator who is consumer and beauty obsessed, with strong creative, analytical skill and organisational skills.

The Marketing Coordinator UK/EU will support the Trade Marketing Manager UK/EU in driving customer experience and retail sales results. This dynamic role also works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless execution.

Each day will present new challenges and you will need to juggle various priorities within a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere.

Asset Management

Here is a snapshot of the responsibilities:

Asset delivery to all retailers for new NPD, content refreshes & ad hoc requests inclusive of imagery & copy, in close collaboration with sales team.
Work with tools and platforms to create User-Generated Content (UGC) that will enhance the brand & retail channels through authentic and engaging content.

Budget Management & Admin Tasks

Support the Trade Marketing Manager in budget management, including raising and tracking POs.

Monitor Brand Performance

Track and monitor brand visibility online and instore.

Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple simultaneous projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles preferably within prestige beauty, retail or other lifestyle industry.
French speaking (Italian and Spanish is a plus) and frequent travel to specified countries.
Sephora UK/EU experience would be advantageous.
Advanced on Powerpoint and in Excel.
