To support our sustained growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Graphic Designer who thrives in fast paces environments to join our creative team.

Responsibilities

Create visually engaging graphics / custom illustrations for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop design concepts and campaigns that align with business goals.
Produce and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency in typography, colour, and design across all visual elements.
Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay Updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to ensure designs are fresh, modern, and impactful.
Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Support the development of templates, style guides, and brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual representation across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in digital and print design.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with additional tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
Adaptability and creativity to work on varied design projects, from promotional graphics to complex visual assets.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email and web design.
Ability to create custom illustrations.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and designing for responsive web platforms.
Experience working with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
