We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager with experience in the prestige beauty space to drive brand demand through influencer-led advocacy across beauty and adjacent niche communities (such as wellness, lifestyle, and high-end fashion). This role emphasizes organic relationship-building, cultivating genuine partnerships, and fostering a network of influencers who can help position our brand within relevant communities. Experience in prestige haircare is an advantage as we continue to expand our footprint within this segment.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Relationship Management
- Identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with influencers and advocates in beauty as well as niche areas like wellness, luxury lifestyle, and high-end fashion, broadening our brand reach and influence.
- Foster long-term partnerships focused on creating authentic brand advocacy, going beyond single campaigns to build enduring brand ambassadors across multiple communities.
- Maintain open, consistent communication with influencers, fostering a collaborative approach that resonates with their unique audiences.
Demand Generation through Strategic Campaign Development
- Design and execute sophisticated, data-driven influencer strategies that increase brand demand, build credibility, and drive consumer consideration.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to create elevated content strategies that resonate across beauty, luxury lifestyle, and wellness niches, amplifying our brand story to wider audiences.
- Stay informed on trends across prestige beauty and adjacent industries to ensure strategies remain fresh, relevant, and effective.
Content & Collaboration Oversight
- Guide influencers in creating engaging, high-quality content that authentically communicates our brand’s values and luxury appeal, tailored to resonate with both beauty enthusiasts and related audiences.
- Ensure influencer partnerships balance brand alignment with influencer authenticity, giving influencers creative freedom to showcase our products in ways that genuinely resonate with their followers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, assessing both beauty and adjacent niche community engagement metrics to optimize future strategies.
- Leverage insights on audience engagement, demographics, and reach across diverse communities to refine influencer campaigns, maximizing impact and demand generation.
- Use data to make strategic recommendations for expanding our brand’s influence and presence within additional adjacent communities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams across social media, content, PR, and product development to ensure influencer partnerships are integrated into our broader brand initiatives.
- Work closely with customer experience teams to collect and leverage influencer and audience feedback, enhancing our understanding of evolving consumer needs within beauty and related spaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on the prestige beauty sector; experience in luxury haircare or other prestige niches is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of building organic, demand-generating influencer relationships in both core and adjacent communities (e.g., wellness, luxury lifestyle, fashion).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of the nuances in prestige branding and cross-community influence.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience using influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Traackr) to track campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of trends in luxury beauty and adjacent markets, with a commitment to maintaining our brand’s premium standards.
- Passion for the prestige beauty industry, with an innovative mindset for expanding influence across complementary niches.
