Job Overview:
The Media & Direct to Consumer (DTC) eCommerce team are at an exciting growth stage with investment from the business to develop the crucial sales channel. The team are at the forefront of digital transformation efforts, implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.
This job advert encompasses three roles within our Media & Direct to Consumer (DTC) eCommerce team. A brief description of these roles has been included below. Should your application be successful, please advise which is of your preference.
Graduate 1 – Responsible for the operational management of our brand website New Product Development, UX, SEO and campaign merchandising to drive on-site conversion.
Graduate 2 – Lead the in-house creation of social content to be used across our primary social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) in order to drive our paid performance media strategy and associated media KPIs through the marketing funnel.
Graduate 3 – Supporting the Performance Media Manager on providing day to day management on ATL paid media campaigns, including paid search, google shopping, paid social, display, affiliates and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Graduate Executive at Groupe SEB:
- Work closely with internal teams, including CRM, Product, Media and Organic Social teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Coordinate with external partners, including agencies and content creators to create content and deliver results.
- Drive the development and execution of strategies to enhance SEO, UX and onsite merchandising, improving traffic, engagement and conversions.
- Analyse campaign and platform performance using tools like GA4, CRM tools and analytics dashboards.
- Managing our performance media channels, collecting and, analysing cross-platform data to monitor performance and conducting campaign analysis.
- Proactively research and apply emerging trends in SEO, UX, CRM and social media content to drive performance and increase competitiveness.
Qualifications and Skills required as a Digital Marketing Graduate at Groupe SEB:
- You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- You will understand the commitment required from your role and the influence it has on the success of the channel and its objectives.
- You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
- Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions. You will be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.
- You are results-driven and motivated by your objectives. You will go the extra mile to ensure internal alignment and success of the channel.
- You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.
- You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
- You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.
Overview on package – Digital Marketing Graduate – Groupe SEB:
- Working Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
