We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our ever-expanding team. With a salary of £16,000-£21,000, 28 days of annual leave, and a host of growth opportunities, this is your chance to shape your future.
As an apprentice, you’ll dive into managing social media campaigns, crafting blog content, optimising our website, and more. Collaborating closely with our CEO, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and fast-track your career. To ensure your success, you’ll also receive expert guidance from a dedicated coach at Baltic Apprenticeships, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the industry.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Running Social Media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Being involved in website adverts and using them to drive business
- Optimizing the website with blogs, SEO and imagery
- Preparing for conferences and webinars
- Website maintenance ensuring all content is up to date
- Creating email campaigns and newsletters
- Editing content which can be used for the website
- Using Google Analytics to track website performance and social media analytics for campaign performance
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
- £16,000-£21,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
- 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays!

- Good attention to detail
- An eye for design

- Good communication skills
- Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C English GCSE
