What You’ll Be Doing
Product & Content Management
- Keep product listings accurate, engaging, and optimised for maximum visibility and ad performance.
- Coordinate seasonal updates and upload new products to our online store.
- Manage product data feeds to ensure compliance with platform requirements.
Promotional Campaigns & Catalogue Management
- Proofread and review print advertisements and promotional materials for brand consistency.
- Set up and maintain promotional codes and manage catalogue data for the UK and US markets.
- Oversee distribution and requests for catalogues, ensuring a seamless process.
Customer Support & Returns Management
- Handle website-related queries and resolve or escalate technical issues.
- Work with external partners to manage returns and exchanges, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor returns processes and collaborate on improvements with internal teams.
Website Development & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with developers to report and resolve website bugs.
- Test new website features to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Provide feedback to improve site functionality and user journeys.
Process Documentation & Workflow Optimisation
- Develop and document workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Share updates with internal teams to ensure consistency and clarity.
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing (Potential to work alongside an external agency)
- Support the setup and monitoring of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics and share insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to ensure campaigns meet business goals.
