We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Social Media Marketer / content creator to play a key role in shaping the online presence of our professional athletes. In this role, you’ll work directly with athletes to create content, manage their social media, and help build their personal brands.

Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and post engaging content on behalf of athletes across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies tailored to each athlete’s unique personality and goals.
- Manage athlete social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and professional presence that aligns with their brand.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights to optimise growth and engagement.
- Research trends in athlete marketing and branding to inform content and strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns and new content ideas.
- Support the identification of sponsorship and partnership opportunities for athletes.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for sports, branding, and digital marketing.
- Creative skills in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- A strong understanding of how to create engaging, platform-specific content.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
