Job Summary:
The Hang Loose Hut is seeking to hire a Social Media Coordinator to make creative video content for the social media platforms. We are looking for someone who has their pulse on the latest trends and who is interested in fashion and social media marketing. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will assist with the filming of events and photoshoots and be asked to help edit, post, style and create trends for the growth and success of the Hang Loose Hut!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning photoshoots, ordering props and preparing apparel in preparation
- Assist at events or photoshoots with set up, production, props and apparel organization Help with creating and capturing “moments” on set and at events whether that is filming, photography or being the on site “hype woman!”
- Keep pulse on latest social media trends and videos to submit to manager
- Video filming and editing ability within TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram direct messages
- Copywriting skills for Instagram captions social media posts
- Follow post schedule on social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
Pay: $22-26 hour and in office (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with filming and editing
- Knowledge of CapCut would be ideal but not required
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
- Experience and/or interest in fashion and social media marketing
