Marketing Manager at Automotive Brands

Although we are predominantly a business specialising in the sale of automotive related products and services, we have a number of sister companies in which you would be responsible for all aspects of their marketing, from producing product and lifestyle videos, organising events at our various venues, to working with our race team. This really is an all-encompassing career opportunity which is perfect for an individual who really wants to get their teeth into a marketing role that they can make their own.
While you would be primarily working with the Marketing Director to plan, budget and schedule the company's overall marketing strategy, you will also need the ability to work on your own and have the initiative to implement a project from conception to finish, all the while analysing data to ensure the project not only stays on track but to make the adjustments necessary to ensure the success of a project.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns
- You will be responsible for lead generation and marketing campaigns, digital and printed for all products and services.
- Use competitive analysis to better understand markets and create marketing plans to address any shortfall.
- Create monthly reports detailing progress of current projects.
Product Design
- Work with our designer to maintain our distinct brand identity.
- Help with the development of new products and ensure labels contain all necessary information.
Event Planning
- Plan and manage events such as trade shows (in the UK and internationally), corporate events, special occasions at our venues etc, you would also be responsible for designs, creating promotional campaigns (pre and post event) and organising the logistics associated with delivering event objectives, as well as ensuring everything is running smoothly.
Social Media
- Manage, plan and execute strategies across the company's social media accounts, regularly creating engaging content that reinforces the brand values and showcases the products and services associated with Automotive Brands.
SEO & PPC
- Develop and implement SEO, PPC and social media strategies to increase traffic and sales acquisition.
- Constantly evolve our strategies to create better engagement with our customers, as well as review and develop online sales channels to increase sales and customer experience.
- Analyse developments within the strategies to ensure success of campaigns.
Websites
- Updating and maintaining company websites, ensuring all relevant information is up to date and working with the Marketing Director on creating new websites or implementing new technologies.
Copy Creation
- Creating copy for brochures, blog posts and websites.
Videos and Photography
- Produce videos and organise photo shoots which showcase all of our products and services.
Key Skills:
- You MUST have the ability to manage your time and the time of others, while being passionate about doing a great job and focussing on improving the business for the benefit of the employees and customers.
- Experience in executing modern, tactical marketing campaigns, across multiple channels including digital and printed.
- Excellent written content skills.
- Experience in videography and photography.
- Demonstrate a creative flair and the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience of creating successful SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns.
- Website creation and design.
A successful candidate will:
- Have experience managing day to day marketing campaigns as well as having the ability to create long term strategies.
- Have excellent communication skills with a good sense of humour.
- Have the ability to become truly invested into a brand and the ethos of that brand.
- Be able to work under pressure but also understand, we are a team and you don't have to take all that pressure on alone.
Location: Initially Office based with opportunity to work from home

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
