We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media marketing and Sales Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to support business objectives, including content creation, posting, and community management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and promote content that highlights company projects, expertise, and industry insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with customers and industry partners online.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to generate leads and drive sales.
- Analyse and report on social media performance, using data to adjust strategies and optimize reach and engagement.
- Develop innovative ways to showcase completed projects, in-progress work, and behind-the-scenes content to build credibility and excitement around our brand.
- Asist with sales-related tasks, such as lead follow-ups, customer inquiries, and nurturing leads through digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally with a focus on construction, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and social advertising.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analyt6ics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience or interest in sales-related activities is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the construction industry or a related field.
