Job Outline : Web Developer, Financial Web Application
This Role is for a Developer looking to support and extend our innovative web portal application which connects corporate suppliers and buyers across the globe in the increasingly important Supply Chain Finance market. We have developed a unique proposition to better serve this market, using leading edge technology. Corporate LinX is an international fintech which has been around for 12 years since its establishment in 2008. The business is privately owned, and our head office is in Paris, France. Our technical team is in Andover, Hampshire, although flexible working arrangements are acceptable. As a relatively small business we have short lines of communication and regular interactions with our senior management team.

Undertake the coding of systems against an approved design, ensuring quality is maintained to our corporate standards and design issues/concerns are raised as early as possible.
Provide design technical solutions to functional requirements maintaining the context of the portal within the design. Undertake design and code reviews. Pro-actively seek to improve internal processes, standards, and documentation.
Provide support and training for junior/trainee developers as required. Assist the Technical Author where necessary to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
The Role requires the ability to work closely with a small but dynamic team. As a member of this team you will be expected to become familiar with all parts and technologies of the application and to gain skills to enable support and extend the application. Given the flexible work arrangements, the ability to work alone and to problem solve situations will be important although assistance will be to hand if required.
A key focus has been development of a solid architecture and contributions to the design and implementation of this architecture are welcomed and expected. There is often a need to demonstrate flexibility to address different challenges and to meet deadlines when required.
