Marketing Operations & Project Manager – EMEA – (located in Penrith, Cumbria, UK 3 days office based in Penrith / 2 days home office)

We have an ambitious strategy called Business Plan 2026, and to succeed in execution of this, we are looking for a team player who wants to scope, develop and roll out impactful marketing activities and initiatives across the region aligned with our commercial priorities to drive sustainable growth.
You will have a critical role, working cross functionally with key stakeholders from EMEA region as well as in our HQ to specify and implement strategic marketing initiatives to fuel growth. This includes working closely with the commercial function to understand business needs, transmitting to client briefs, then briefing our Global Marketing team and partner agencies, resulting in actionable marketing plans and activities.
- Marketing Operations will serve as a core function for marketing, providing cross-functional coordination, communications, and planning.
- Project planning (End-to-end) for large-scale marketing activities and initiatives including product launches and campaigns (deadlines for localizations with EMEA marketing responsibles, input and validation from commercial heads, and project planning with Global Marketing teams).
- Be the brand champion of the Marketing team in EMEA, including roll out of new CVI which implies a close cooperation with our global branding department.
- Adjustment and optimization of marketing activities to ensure key learnings and best practices are applied throughout the region and globally. This will be based on performance dashboard reports covering the entire marketing funnel and you will therefore have a close cooperation with our marketing performance analyst.
- Set strategic direction for content for the region 'EMEA' in close cooperation with, Marketing EMEA Leadership Team and Global Marketing.
- Stakeholder management across local markets and global functions, ensuring key objectives are met and delivered in a smooth manner.
This position will be located in Penrith, Cumbria, UK (3 days office based in Penrith / 2 days home office).

You will belong to the EMEA Field Marketing team reporting to Director of Field Marketing EMEA, Karen Nicolson who is in the UK. The team is characterized by being an agile driven team who collaborate predominately through digital tools. We are dedicated, we help each other, we are driven by supporting the commercial organization to do an even better job tomorrow than today and we have fun while doing it.
The team consists of colleagues in regional functions – Performance Marketing, Project Management, Product Marketing and local Marketing Specialists sitting across the region in +20 markets where we operate. . The team is around 25 marketing professionals in total.
