Your Mission: As Marketing Lead at Despatch Cloud, you’ll be a vital member of our commercial team, leading our consultancy-driven approach through digital channels to establish Despatch Cloud as the go-to expert in order fulfilment and warehouse solutions. You’ll manage our digital presence, keeping up with industry trends and funnelling our expertise into value-driven content that resonates with our audience.What You'll Do:
- Paid Advertising Management: Work with external consultants to execute and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, focusing on maximising reach and performance.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop a content strategy in line with market trends. Create engaging written content and collaborate with internal teams and consultants to produce effective digital assets.
- Website Development: Help build a high-performing website that not only drives traffic but also serves as a valuable resource for eCommerce fulfilment, with a focus on conversion optimisation.
- Marketing Assets: Collaborate with the design team to create compelling assets that support marketing and sales goals.
- Event Coordination: Work with sales and product teams to organise online and in-person events that engage and educate our target audience.
- Email Marketing: Expand our email audience by crafting and distributing engaging content tailored to our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Social Media: Support the development and execution of organic social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
About You:
- Experienced: You have a proven track record in marketing or brand development, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce.
- Goal-Oriented & Assertive: You’re a hands-on problem solver comfortable with setting and achieving ambitious goals.
- Communicative & Influential: Your interpersonal skills allow you to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised & Efficient: You manage time and tasks effectively to ensure seamless execution.
- Flexible & Adaptive: You make decisions independently and know when to escalate issues if needed.

- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Driffield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
