Flair Rugs is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Glossop office, just 25 minutes east of Manchester. In this role, you’ll lead team engagement, manage brand communications, and drive meaningful business campaigns. From content creation to budget management, you’ll play a key part in boosting consumer engagement and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

What You’ll Do: You’ll deliver on-brand content that drives engagement and aligns with our strategic goals. Manage marketing activities and budgets, track campaign performance, and guide team efforts to ensure messaging resonates both internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities Include:
- Leading team engagement and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Managing brand messaging, focusing on consumer value and differentiation.
- Overseeing marketing budgets, tracking ROI, and managing B2C campaigns.
- Using consumer insights to inform strategy and manage B2C social media.
- Overseeing B2B communications, events, and PR to enhance the brand presence.
Salary: £45,320
Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term (12 Months), 37.5 hours per week.
Hybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
