Role Description:
The Brand / Graphic Designer will provide our creative team with the support, inspiration and design expertise needed to deliver our projects to a consistently exceptional standard. Their primary goal and responsibility is to achieve the best possible design outcomes for our projects and clients, whilst helping us to drive sustainable agency growth through incredible customer service, case study development and inbound referrals.
You will assist in creating the strategies and creative concepts for projects and oversee progress using our management tools and reporting processes. You are responsible for the delivery of selected creative projects in the business (excluding web development) and will support the MD and wider creative team in the production of brand, digital and print based creative solutions - in line with our clients’ needs.
The Brand and Graphic Designer has and will maintain an in-depth knowledge of branding, visual identity design and graphic design, including research and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Delivery, Brand Design and Graphic Design
- Support the development of compelling brand identities, logos, and visual systems that resonate with target audiences and convey brand values.
- Collaborate with clients to strategise and execute brand campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Client Collaboration and Briefings
- Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs and translating them into creative concepts.
- Attend client briefings, workshops and presentations to gain insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals.
End-to-End Creative Project Management
- Attend and facilitate ideation sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- In partnership with the MD and wider creative team, manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed efficiently.
Social and Environmental Responsibilities:
- Work in close partnership with the MD and wider creative team to ensure that the annual ‘Design for Good’ grant is delivered to the agreed standards.
- Liaise with the MD and wider creative team to ensure the following policies and practices are understood and upheld.

Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a similar role for 4+ years
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer and Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Strong attention to detail, both visually and relating to project management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within a creative team.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- Project management and client liaison.
- Hand-on experience in creative process and brand development.
- Hands-on experience with design software incl. Adobe Creative Cloud, skills in After Effects are advantageous.
- Strong aesthetic awareness with the ability to design ‘best in class’ brand identities, publications and digital marketing assets.
- BSc degree or equivalent commercial experience in Branding, Design, Visual Arts or a relevant field.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £25,725 to £31,795 Pro-Rata / DOE (the role will be for 3-4 days per week)
