Job Summary
The Digital designer will play a key role in not only delivering beautiful designs but helping to shape and guide the user experience across all our digital products.
Your responsibilities will include working with the internal digital team and client stakeholders to deliver concept designs through to full design systems. You’ll work closely with the developers to deliver elegant and user centric products, with a strong focus on accessibility and design best practices.
Responsibilities
- Creative lead on digital projects, including websites, apps, landing pages, emails, digital campaigns and advertising.
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements. Your experience should enable you to produce outcomes to the brief that are creatively exciting and also push the design forward.
- Help define the UX approach with best practices and industry standards
- Create wireframes and prototypes for digital experiences
- Pitch creative ideas. Be bold with your thinking and creativity
- Collaborate with team members, discussing ideas and elevating the output
- Video editing experience and be able to storyboard and execute your ideas to create digital advertising videos, website videos, and show reels.
- Strong eye for attention to detail, typography and creating beautiful layouts
- Present your ideas to internal teams and client stakeholders with clear rationale and insight.
Qualifications
- 5+ years digital design experience
- Excellent portfolio of previous work
- Proficient in design software, Figma, XD, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Meticulous attention to visual details
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for digital, innovation and future technology
