- Job Title: Amazon Client Account Manager (E-Commerce Experience Essential)

Due to continued growth, we’re recruiting an Amazon Client Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that our agency clients are provided with the best possible service and results.
The successful candidate will be the point of contact for their accounts and be responsible for working with various members of the team to ensure that we’re always meeting deadlines.
Job Description:
- Be the point of contact for your clients
- Leading calls with your clients (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
- Continuously identify ways for us to improve your client's sales
- Planning projects and agreeing deadlines
- Working with our internal marketing and operations teams to ensure deadlines are agreed and achieved
- Maintaining a full understanding at all times of your accounts and latest changes
- Weekly and monthly sales, advertising and general account reporting
- Feeding proactive suggestions to your brands to grow their Amazon sales
- Taking complete ownership and responsibility for your accounts
Requirements:
- Experience in an e-commerce role is essential
- Ability to understand and interpret various types of data
- Confident in communicating with brands of all sizes
- Ability to work under pressure and oversee multiple tasks at once
- Great relationship builder
- Good problem solver who has the ability to think outside the box
- A desire to continuously upskill yourself with the latest features, tips and tricks
- Advanced knowledge of using programs such as Word and Excel
Preferences (not essential):
- Experience in either Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central
- Experience in an account management role
- Understanding of PPC (pay per click) advertising
This is a fast-paced high-volume role that requires the post holder to work quickly and efficiently in a busy and dynamic environment, where there are many tasks to complete and many customers and clients to serve. This role is both challenging and rewarding, it offers variety, learning opportunities, and a sense of accomplishment. However, we appreciate that a role such as this can be demanding, as it requires multitasking, prioritising, problem-solving, and adapting effectively to challenges and constantly changing situations. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable with great customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
