The Role
We’re searching for an ambitious Paid Media Manager to lead our paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. This is a role for someone with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with paid media and the ability to create and deliver strategies that achieve meaningful results for clients.
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll be expected to work independently while reporting to our directors on campaign performance and client progress. You’ll also collaborate closely with our SEO team to ensure paid media and SEO strategies align to maximise results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Paid Media Campaigns
- Take ownership of Google Ads accounts, managing search, display and shopping campaigns for a mix of large and smaller clients.
- Build, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, with an emphasis on expanding these platforms.
Optimising Performance
- Monitor campaigns daily and implement strategies to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA and ROI.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and paid social reporting tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Create and execute A/B testing for ad copy, visuals and targeting to consistently refine results.
Developing Strategies & Reporting
- Develop and present bespoke paid media strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for clients, while ensuring transparency in campaign progress.
- Report to company directors on client progress, campaign performance and opportunities for growth.
Client Collaboration & Business Growth
- Work directly with clients to understand their objectives, deliver strategies and communicate results effectively.
- Identify opportunities to grow the paid media client base, including upselling additional services like LinkedIn and TikTok Ads.
- Play a proactive role in driving the growth of this part of the business for Priority Pixels.
Collaboration with SEO
- Work alongside our SEO Manager to align paid media campaigns with organic search strategies, ensuring cohesive approaches that deliver measurable results for clients.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone confident, ambitious and driven by results. You’ll need a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently and the expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients while helping grow our paid media services.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display and shopping.
- Knowledge of paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting tools for paid social platforms.
- Experience conducting keyword research and applying it to improve campaign performance.
- Confidence in creating and presenting paid media strategies and monthly performance reports to clients and directors.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Google Partner certification (or the ability to achieve this) is a strong advantage.
- A proven track record of driving measurable results and improving performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience identifying and onboarding new clients to expand paid media services.
- An interest in helping to shape the direction and growth of paid media at Priority Pixels.

- Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year (dependent on experience).
