Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our property investment company. This freelance role involves generating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to personal branding and marketing strategies to attract potential co-investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, edit, and post content on LinkedIn and Facebook related to our property investment activities.
- Create visually appealing and professional photos and videos, including attending monthly shoots in the Staffordshire area.
- Social Media Management:
- Edit and update LinkedIn and Facebook profiles to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation and scheduling tools to optimize posting strategies.
- Monitor and gather analytics reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
- Website Development:
- Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of a company website using WordPress.
- Personal Branding & Marketing:
- Contribute to developing personal branding and marketing strategies for the founder.
- Assist in creating a narrative and content plan that aligns with the company’s mission and goals.
- Strategy & Insight:
- Research trends and strategies in property investment marketing.
- Provide input into broader company marketing and engagement strategies.
Working Conditions:
- Freelance basis, approximately 4 hours per week (flexible based on demand).
- £20 per hour.
- Must reside in or near Staffordshire to facilitate monthly in-person content creation.
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Strong content creation skills, including photography and video production.
- Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to gather, interpret, and present social media analytics.
- Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategy development.
- Resides in or near Staffordshire and can travel for monthly content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with WordPress website creation and maintenance.
- Background in property marketing or similar industries.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content design platforms.
Personal Qualities:
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in property investment and business growth strategies.
