2 Degrees is seeking an apprentice to join our 6-month Apprenticeship Program to learn from our Influencer Relations team to gain experience in public relations, digital marketing, communications and entertainment. You must have a passion for music, podcasts, audiobooks, and entertainment. You must possess knowledge of the talent space, youth and pop culture, including Celebrities and Content Creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
Our client is a global music streaming service in the music, audio and consumer technology space.

What You’ll Do:
- Client Support: Assist the team with day-to-day client needs and ongoing campaigns involving influencers, celebrities, and talent.
- Campaign Assistance: Participate in every stage of campaign execution, from ideation to delivery.
- Creative Input: Conduct cultural research, join brainstorm sessions, and contribute innovative ideas to help drive campaign success.
- Presentation & Reporting: Help create client-facing decks (Google Slides), campaign recaps, and weekly reports.
- Influencer Vetting: Assist in the vetting process to ensure the right influencers align with brand goals.
- Tracking Results: Monitor and measure the impact of influencer partnerships.
- Gifting Coordination: Support the planning, tracking, and execution of domestic and international influencer gifting strategies.
- First-Mover Ideas: Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities for brand initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Location:
This is a hybrid role, with time split between our HQ office in West Hollywood, California, and remote work.
The apprentice role is Mon-Thurs, 6-7 hours a day for a total of 24-30 hours a week.
