DN Colleges Group are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Officer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with the wider marketing team to support the planning, execution, and analysis of various digital marketing campaigns. Your attention to detail, creativity, and familiarity with digital platforms will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement.
Scope and Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Officer will assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email. You will monitor social media accounts, engage with posts, and analyse metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you will support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, optimise website content for SEO, and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across social media and email platforms.
- Monitor and engage with social media accounts, schedule posts, and analyse metrics.
- Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including audience identification, content formatting, and A/B testing.
- Collect and analyse data from digital marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings to the team and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Research and analyse market data to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update the email subscriber list.
- Update and optimise website content to improve SEO.
- Monitor website traffic and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create reports that analyse findings and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
