Role: Influencer Partnerships & PR Specialist at Vitality
Job Description:
The Influencer Partnerships and PR Specialist assists in execution of influencer and affiliate marketing, as well as press strategy. This is a full-time position and a remote role where the candidate selected will report into the Director of Influencer Partnerships and PR, and will work closely with cross functional teams to execute strategies to drive brand awareness, and increase revenue.
Candidate must be located in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the team in 360-degree brand PR and influencer strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Execute day to day tasks related to key product launches, brand campaigns, and evergreen influencer, affiliate, and PR strategies
- Assist in partnership management for all tiers of talent including VIP, Macro, Micro, UGC, and affiliate partnerships for all aspects of the process including: prospecting, contracts, negotiations, talent and content briefing, reporting, and creative delivery
- Be an advocate for partners to create compelling content that will perform across organic and paid channels
- Execute robust gifting list for celebrity, VIP, influencers, stylists, and potential event and/or sponsorships
- Assist in working with PR agencies to maximize brand exposure in fashion and fitness outlets by communicating sales, launches, and product pitches
- Manage the product sample process from start to finish with key partners
- Support in day-to-day communications and content briefs for influencer and affiliate partners
- Support in influencer content delivery and routing to key cross functional partners
- Bring new ideas to the table for scouting across organic and paid influencer partners that are high converting and long lasting
- Stay up to date on industry trends, social trends, pop culture, and advocate for new and innovative ideas
- Support and maintain ongoing business partnerships including wholesale relationships, team sponsorships, and brand to brand partnerships
- Experience with influencer and PR event planning, execution, and reporting
- Well-versed in press and influencer marketing KPI’s, and can assist in reporting process
- Develop close relationships with influencers and affiliates in order to maintain strong level of communication on day-to-day basis
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing and PR in house at a retail brand, or marketing agency
- Experience in fashion or fitness industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate platforms and tools (Must have experience with GRIN or similar platform, LTK, etc.)
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Collaborative and team oriented

- Remote, with ability to travel as needed and assist at events
- Los Angeles Based
- Must be able to work MT Hours
