An integral part of the Digital Team, within the Marketing Department, the Digital Marketing Solutions Manager role exists to ensure the digital strategy of the Knauf Group is delivered in Northern Europe. The role will manage and support the development of the various digital-related tools, solutions and projects within marketing for KINE.
What you’ll be doing…
- To oversee the on-going functional development and optimisation of the KINE website and integrated platforms. Responsible for maintaining the development of knauf.com, myKnauf, and CRM integration into hubspot, along with alignment on the Digital Marketing Strategy.
- Working with the Head of Digital and alongside the Brand & Communications Team to deliver the Digital Roadmap, including leading both Knauf Digital projects, and regional KI projects, reporting regularly on project status updates.
- To oversee the development, management, and optimization of various digital platforms to support the execution of engaging content to drive customer engagement.
- Working with Knauf Digital and various external partners (SEO /other digital tool providers) to use web trends evaluation reports, to develop and implement improvement actions and further development of digital capabilities, in line with the digital and marketing strategy.
- To explore and implement new ideas and solutions, including possible AI-driven tools, either regionally driven or driven by Knauf Digital, to optimize marketing campaigns, enhance Knauf Insulation customer targeting, and improve overall efficiency.
- Work closely with all departments across the business, both locally and centrally and our external partners to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and customer needs.

If you have any of the following – this would be an added advantage:
- Experience in a digital marketing environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Experience of website maintenance and development
- CRM experience essential, preferably with Hubspot
- CMS experience essential
- Experience of SEO, PPC, Geo-fencing and re-marketing is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in project management
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of product information management tools is desirable but not essential.
