OVERVIEW:
Reach Agency’s Influencer Creative Production team is a division of our Creative team responsible for the execution of best-in-class influencer content in collaboration with influencer and creator partners across clients and campaigns. If an influencer posts it, we have a hand in it! This team’s charter is to champion creative excellence, strategic accuracy, and flawless execution of each and every influencer partnership we manage for our clients.
Working cross-functionally with account managers, strategists, creative directors, and talent managers, the Associate Creative Producer, Influencer leads the development and presentation of influencer briefs, co-develops influencer creative concepts, and reviews / refines all influencer content, ensuring that it meets brand goals and upholds our best in class standards.
The right candidate is a resourceful and versatile creative problem solver, effective communicator, and is comfortable with fast paced schedules. They should also have a passion for influencer marketing, experience producing video for social media, a keen understanding of social formats and channels, and a passion for social trends and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Synthesize influencer strategy and creative direction into clear, actionable, and inspiring influencer briefs.
- Work in constant collaboration with strategy and creative teams to ensure all campaign elements are executed seamlessly, on time and within budget
- Develop and present briefs to influencer talent in a clear and compelling manner, answering questions and collaborating with talent along the way.
- Partner with influencer talent to co-develop, fine-tune, finalize and execute content concepts that align with brand strategy and creative direction.
- Review a variety of influencer developed social assets and give input on storytelling, edit, layout, visuals, and voice over to ensure content achieves brand goals.
- Present influencer concepts and content internally, effectively communicating recommended feedback and defending creative direction when necessary.
- Champion the creative voice of the influencer, inspiring a level of creative freedom that will allow creators and influencers to do what they do best.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with influencer talent, giving clear direction, feedback and builds when appropriate.
- Manage and see through all deliverables of a campaign across all influencer talent from start to finish
- Ensure high-quality creative output at every stage of development from brief to concept to execution and be accountable for the end deliverable(s)
- Ensure that deliverables and timelines are met as outlined by Account and Creative leads
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Minimum of 3-4 years in social media + influencer marketing, ideally working directly with influencers/influencer content
- A keen attention to detail
- A creative eye and vision for bringing social content to life
- Expert knowledge in social media (especially Instagram and TikTok)
- Experience developing creative briefs for influencer talent
- Experience creating and editing content
- An eye on the constantly changing social trends and content styles
- Creativity to evolve and build on creators' ideas
- Familiarity with a variety of influencers, creators and content formats
- Confidence in writing and communication skills
- Multitasking + strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at a time
- Positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for creative and creator-based advertising
- Bonus:
- Presentation design experience
- A basic understanding of Google Suite including Slides
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills OR Canva skills
- Basic video editing skills in Adobe Premiere and/or TikTok app, CapCut, or Canva
