Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: Gatwick (Hybrid – 2/3 times a week in the office)

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our International Brand team in Nestle Waters. If you are passionate about brand development and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, this role is for you.
This is an amazing role where you will support on the future of our premium soft beverages brand San Pellegrino and implementing our annual brand plans with our Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager. You will be a part of a team based in our Crawley office where you will share the value of open communication to generate impact and return towards our common goals.

A day in the life of an Assistant Brand Manager...
As the Assistant Brand Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the International marketing team in achieving our annual plans and objectives. Your role will involve evaluating performance, leveraging insights to identify opportunities, collaborating across functions, leading packaging changes, managing high-profile events, and working with various agencies. You will engage in all aspects of the brand strategy and will have the chance to take the lead on specific areas of the portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that brand budget is planned, managed, and evaluated effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with agency partners and oversee brand events.
- Cultivate a digital-first mindset that is reflected in all projects and plans.
- Support the planning and implementation of the I&R (Innovation and Renovation) plan while gaining exposure to I2L (Idea to Launch) and SRM (Strategic Resource Management).
- Ensure that brand projects are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
- Act as a vital member of the UK marketing team to ensure the successful execution of annual brand targets.
What Will Make You Successful
The ideal candidate will have prior marketing experience in an Assistant Brand Manager role and a proven track record of delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs). You should be able to showcase your creativity and project management skills. A strong consumer focus and the ability to utilize insights for strategic thinking are essential. Additionally, the capacity to execute plans within established timeframes, along with a positive and motivational 'can-do' attitude, will be crucial for success.
