We are looking for a Digital Assistant to work as an apprentice. We are looking to grow our digital precense.

Our comprehensive services are available across the UK, designed to support people throughout every stage of their recovery journey.
This role involves assisting with the digital marketing and promotion of Detox First and the website which helps people find suitable rehab and detox programs. The position includes supporting our marketing consultant and broader team in developing campaigns across various channels to raise the profile of the site, generate traffic, and increase referrals.
The role
- Develop compelling web pages on the site with a focus on relevant keywords and topics.
- Produce digital content, including written copy, graphics, and videos, for the website and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Develop and create captivating content based on various topics for social media
- Regularly post on social media platforms to drive traffic to the website.
- Execute SEO strategies and analyse data and trends for reporting purposes.
- Design and implement paid advertising campaigns.
Above all we are looking for someone who can use their own initiative and can bring ideas to the table. You’ll thrive from delivering quality results from your work. Any experience with marketing will be advantageous. A willingness to learn and get stuck in will be key to growing in this role and being a successful member of the team.
Core Duties:
- Drafting and scheduling content for social channels
- Writing engaging captions for social media
- Developing photo, video and graphic design skills to create eye catching content
- Generating reports using social media analytics
- Researching topics for blogs, social media content and video
- Supporting email campaigns
- Creating blogs and longer form articles for the website including news stories
- Creating pages on website on focus keywords and phrases
- Engaging with audiences and responding to customers across social channels
- Monitoring social trends, competitor activity, key influencers and Facebook groups
General
- Adhering to company processes, policies and procedures, particularly GDPR data protection legislation and health and safety best practices around social distancing
- Acting as a positive advocate for the company at all times
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required and agreed with your line manager
- Supporting the wider team
Entry requirements
Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English
Training to be provided
You will be completing Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice
(N.B. Formally Digital Marketer Level 3. As of Dec 2023, Digital Marketer has been updated to Multi-Channel Marketer. This new standard expands on the curriculum and provides learning on all aspects of marketing instead of solely focusing on digital marketing.)
As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. As part of the Marketing team, the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:

For the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, there is an end point assessment. This is done in the final part of the apprenticeship and is how the apprentice is judged on their learning and will include:
- Producing a written Report
- Portfolio of evidence based work
- Presentation and Q&A
- Professional Discussion based on Portfolio
