Job Description:
We’re looking for a results-driven social media marketer who specialises in Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns to drive enrolment’s, increase engagement, and achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management:
Create, launch, and monitor Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Set up custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Optimize campaigns for maximum performance (click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyse key metrics (e.g., cost per lead, cost per click, conversions).
Provide detailed weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
Ad Copy and Creative:
Develop compelling ad copy and select visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with us to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
Budget Management:
Strategically allocate budgets to ensure the best ROI.
Test and optimize ad spend across campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in running successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (please provide case studies or portfolio).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and advanced ad targeting strategies.
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
Creativity and a passion for driving measurable results.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with small businesses or martial arts/fitness industries.
Familiarity with video editing tools or graphic design is a bonus.
