Today, the majority of revenue is generated in the UK & Ireland, with USA, France, Sweden, Spain, Germany and Netherlands leading the long list of high potential international customers who we’d like to target next.
To support our growing team we’re recruiting for a Marketing Executive, reporting to our Marketing Director you’ll have a wide range of responsibilities but also an opportunity to make your mark on one of Europe’s fastest growing sports brands.
The role will include:
- Content Creation: Working with our creative team to develop and curate compelling, visually appealing, and informative content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as relevant, Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Canva would be beneficial.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of a comprehensive social media strategy, including content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement tactics.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our social media audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Monitoring and Analytics: Keep a close eye on social media trends and performance metrics. Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Content Promotion: Support our media buying / advertising campaigns when necessary to boost brand visibility and reach targeted audiences.
- SEO and Keywords: Incorporate SEO best practices and keyword strategies to optimise social media content for search engines.
- Independence and Forward Thinking: As a new role, the candidate should have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and think proactively to contribute new ideas and approaches for the company.
- Influencer/Affiliate Management: Work with our current roster of talent whilst looking for fresh faces to integrate with our mission.
- Meeting Deadlines: Effectively manage and adhere to deadlines and ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.
- Marketing Emails: Use of systems such as Mailerlite / Klaviyo to send out marketing / promotional emails.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in social media management for a brand or company.
- Exceptional creative and writing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation.
- A strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Independent thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience in Shopify would be beneficial.
