About the Role
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running managing & delivering SEO strategy for our existing clients.
You will become an integral part of our digital marketing team, working on a variety of exciting client accounts, with lots of opportunities for progression as part of our Digital Marketing growth plan.

- CNS have a well established digital marketing team. The SEO Manager role will take the lead in all things SEO and help shape the future of SEO at CNS.
- We need a dedicated expert to lead our clients’ SEO strategies, grow their organic presence and provide regular client comms.
- Understanding how SEO can compliment other media & digital marketing activity is important.

What does success look like?
- Using analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for client SEO strategy.
- Creating research to inform new business proposals and supporting the sales team.
- Reporting on SEO strategy performance to clients and at times, senior team members.
- Prioritising own workload.
- Conducting competitor research.
- Creating client reassurance and building strong relationships.
- Keeping clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities.
- Being an expert across the ever-changing SEO landscape.
The ideal candidate will have…
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing and continuous self learning.
- Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
