Job Purpose
You will play a key role in the new product development process in the Northern Europe Hub. This role will own the tracking of product development timelines to ensure bundles are fully ready to launch driving a phenomenal consumer experience
What You Will Do
- Tracking and ensuring crucial steps are completed on time for new product launches for the Hub across oral care and personal care
- Support the product artwork development and approval process
- Support the customisation of new products for local markets
- Partner closely with the e-commerce content specialist to ensure assets are crafted and shared timeously ahead of launch
- Prioritise monthly go to market meetings with local retail marketing and supply chain teams

Key Challenges
- Provide effective support to the marketing team on a number of projects simultaneously
- Ensuring that key stakeholders are completing tasks in a timely manner
- Flagging any issues and concerns with enough time for changes and solutions to be found throughout the new product process
- Managing relationships with numerous stakeholders across functions and geographies
