Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our content is optimised for search engines and aligns with our overall marketing goals.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimisation efforts.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Optimise website content, including metadata, headings, and images for improved search visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Promote our Google Business Profile
- Manage our in house SEO individual to implement your strategies which you will check if completed correctly otherwise you will rectify
Skills
- Proficient in SEO techniques and strategies with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic web page modifications.
- Knowledge of Google tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong skills in social media management to leverage platforms for SEO benefits.
- Ability to analyse data effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
