Overview of the role:
As our SEO Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving online visibility, enhancing organic traffic, and optimizing conversions for both our agency and clients. This is a fully autonomous role, requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You'll collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO strategies tailored to B2B and B2C sectors, all while maintaining trust and professionalism in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Simplifying SEO for Clients:
- Explain SEO concepts in a way that clients can easily understand, fostering transparency and trust.
- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Design and implement white-hat SEO strategies tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Client and Team Collaboration:
- Present results effectively, celebrating wins with both clients and internal teams.
- Technical SEO Expertise:
- Conduct audits, resolve technical SEO issues, and optimize site performance for better rankings.
- Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, optimized materials that support SEO goals.
- Process Improvement:
- Establish and follow robust SEO processes and formulas for sustained success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Manager with a track record of measurable results.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies for B2B and B2C sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for SEO and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Portfolio Requirement:
