The Role
As a Lead Paid Social Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns while mentoring and supporting team members. Collaborating with the Performance Marketing Manager and junior digital marketers, you’ll ensure top-tier campaigns for our clients and foster successful relationships.
Your insights and experience will be key in driving innovative strategies, mentoring the team, and staying ahead of social media trends.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement paid social strategies to achieve client goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee day-to-day management, setup, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to team members, enhance outputs, and foster professional growth.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor the paid social team’s performance, set KPIs, and ensure high standards.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, set campaign KPIs, and contribute to pitches and performance reviews.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct competitor research and stay updated on emerging social media trends.

What We're Looking For
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Meta Blueprint certification.
- A strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing, and dedication to continuous learning.
- Agency experience (desirable, but not essential).
