Borthwick Group is looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our Hartlepool office. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and Sales Team to design and implement impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing efforts and contribute to our ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategy.
- Optimise the company’s social media profiles to maximize engagement and reach.
- Develop and manage targeted content across various platforms to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website with fresh and engaging content, including blogs, to improve SEO performance.
- Analyse web analytics and marketing campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Generate leads through proactive social media activities, including posts, articles, and networking.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the digital marketing space, leveraging data and trends.
- Provide creative input for photography and videography to produce visually compelling content.
- Track competitor activities and provide reports with recommendations for staying ahead in the market.
- Manage and monitor budgets for social media and PPC campaigns.
- Create detailed reports for the Senior Leadership Team on campaign performance and marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content development, and web management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic coding (HTML, CSS) is an advantage.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling through digital media.
- Relevant marketing qualifications (CIM/IDM or equivalent) are preferred.

Requirements

Experience: Digital Marketing: Minimum 2 year (preferred).
Marketing: 2 years (preferred).
SEO & Web Content Development: 2 years (required).
