Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at Taylor Made Designs, you will be responsible for managing the company's marketing strategy, advertising, and public relations across various platforms. Acting as the Brand Guardian, you will uphold the business's visual identity, values, and ethos. Your efforts will play a key role in driving profit, attracting new clients, and promoting products and services through innovative marketing campaigns, ultimately enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns by generating creative ideas and executing strategies across multiple channels, including:
- Print and digital advertising.
- Email outreach campaigns using HubSpot.
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Partnerships with associations and third-party networks.
HubSpot-Centric Responsibilities:
Leverage HubSpot for:
- CRM management to nurture and maintain customer relationships.
- Email marketing automation to create, schedule, and track email campaigns.
- Data analysis to gain insights into campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Optimise lead management workflows, ensuring seamless integration with marketing strategies.
- Implement HubSpot tools to enhance website forms, landing pages, and SEO performance.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer trends and sector insights.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data to inform and optimise future initiatives.
Reporting:
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Interpret results to shape and refine future marketing efforts.
Campaign Management:
- Coordinate the production and execution of multimedia content.
- Oversee social media campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
Content Production:
- Manage the creation and performance of multimedia assets.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy to maintain high-quality communication.
Website and Digital Platform Management:
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring functionality and relevance.
- Work within WordPress CMS to update and optimize website content.
- Track and analyse website data, including SEO performance, and implement best practices to improve rankings.

Qualifications
- Strong marketing and communication skills
- Proficiency in WordPress and social media management
- Experience with SEO and Google Ads

- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and copywriting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
