Marketing Exec & Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality written content, including social media captions, website copy, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Create compelling video content, including short-form social media videos and highlight reels.
- Produce engaging visual content, including infographics, social media graphics, and presentations.
Marketing Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Manage social media communities and engage with followers.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports.
- Identify and pursue potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in padel tennis and digital marketing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, influencer marketing, public relations).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support business development efforts, including preparing proposals and presentations.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including on-site support and logistics.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in content creation and marketing, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in social media marketing including content creation and advertising platforms.
- Passion for racket sports would be ideal but not a deal breaker!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
