Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across on relevant social media platforms.
- Covering SEO: Track and report on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, candidate attraction, conversion rates and return on investment (ROI)
- Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to target relevant audiences effectively.
- Develop innovative campaigns to attract high-quality construction workers and electricians.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to understand target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Enhance the company's brand identity and position in the recruitment and engineering industries
- Create engaging, industry-relevant content, including blogs, articles, videos, and graphics, to attract and inform candidates and clients.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, social media, and the website.
- Design and produce promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, for use in campaigns and trade shows.
- Collaborate with designers or developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for candidate applications.
- Regularly update the website with fresh, relevant content and job listings.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.
- Coordinate marketing support for events, including banners, merchandise, and event promotions.
Other Duties
- Take lead on the publication of marketing materials and over-see distribution. Brochures/ Merchandise/ Advertising billboards etc.
- Prepare and implement advertising and promotional campaigns on a variety of media (Social & Print).
- Create and prepare internal communication materials to be presented to Stakeholders.
- Using Ads manager to create and distribute ads to different target audiences. Running comprehensive reports on Ad’s manager and presenting when requested.
- Manage company documents on InDesign.
- Manage and maintain relationships with company sponsorships.
- Evaluate and monitor Social Media campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Creating News posts for the Hub , uploading and reviewing SharePoint documents , managing tasks via the App.
- Increase followers and engagement across social media channels through compelling content and targeted strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and deliver ROI.
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing Role.
- Relevant Degree or qualification
- Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organisational, and project management skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copy writing and proofreading skills.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing.
- Occasional travel may be required,
Desired Criteria:
- Experience in a B2B marketing role.
- SEO Experience
- Experience in creating and managing PPC.
- Google analytics and website management.
