About the Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will manage a small team and you will work closely with department heads and the leadership team to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans to both grow our brand across new business and to retain our existing customer base.
We are looking for a well-rounded and experienced strategic marketer who is keen to establish themselves in a rapidly growing business as a the specialist in their field. You will have a passion for technology and experience in planning and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels including (but not limited to); email marketing, PR, search and display advertising, print, social media – paid and organic, and live events.
You will be a quick learner who can analyse the market to identify potential new audience and sectors as well as nurture existing ones. The ideal candidate will have great analytical skills with the ability to track, measure and report on the success of campaigns to demonstrate ROI.
Attention to detail and a creative approach is essential to success in this role, being able to communicate the vision of our brand and product both internally and externally to key target markets and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and use insights to create and execute strategic (and cost-effective) marketing plans and campaigns.
- Oversee and implement multi-channel marketing plans to generate leads for the sales team.
- Monitor and drive activities to build the marketing funnel and in turn, feed into the sales funnel.
- Develop and lead a marketing team to achieve company objectives including growth, retention, recruitment and CSR.
- Devise and execute strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, including SEO, social media, newsletters, paid advertising, and live events.
- Create, monitor and continuously improve marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Commission and communicate with various media buyers, agencies and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities within new markets and the product.
- Analyse user journeys through the website and ensure optimisation to maximise conversion rates.
- Ensure all marketing activities are tracked, measured and attributed within our CRM platform.
- Manage external agencies as required.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing activities.
- Optimise pre and post live event and exhibition marketing strategies to maximise ROI.
- Report quarterly and annually on the success of all marketing activities to the leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Present campaign plans and strategies to the leadership team keeping them and the wider team up to date on progress and success.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Protect, maintain and develop the Page Tiger Brand.
Skills/experience required
- Previous experience in a relevant position (7+ years marketing experience).
- B2B Marketing experience (SaaS experience is desirable).
- Understanding and experience in traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Demonstratable experience in creating, implementing and analysing marketing strategies.
- Eagerness to stay on top of new and emerging marketing techniques and channels.
- Experienced in using digital marketing tools including; HubSpot Enterprise Suite (or similar CRM), Automated email marketing, SEO and Paid Advertising.
- Ability to think creatively and take an innovative approach to marketing.
- Highly analytical and a creative marketeer, with an eagerness to understand how our products benefit our diverse client base.
- Enthusiastic about translating that knowledge into compelling marketing campaigns and be excited about working for a business where you can take ownership and demonstrate success.
- Demonstrable management experience, and enthusiastic about developing your reporting line.
- Ability to create and brief in work with clear objectives and success metrics (results orientated).
- Ability to manage budgets and time effectively, delivering campaigns on time and on budget.
- Impeccable communication skills and ability to create copy and messaging for a number of different audiences. You’ll be joining a busy, friendly, and highly capable team in this office-based role, and as a pro-active self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude you’ll have ambition and drive to succeed.
Remuneration
£45,000 - £50,000 per year, dependent on experience.
