This role is responsible for leading on client relationships and the delivery of best in class paid advertising campaigns.
80% Client & Campaign Management:
- Main point of contact for all client matters, anticipate client needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for client deliverables are met.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Reddit etc.).
- Monitor campaign progress, adapt plans based on data insights, and report performance back to clients.
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for allocated clients providing actionable insights and recommendations including ad hoc reports
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and their unique needs, and create tailored strategies that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, programmatic, etc.) to deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for each client.
- Monitor campaign budget allocation and pacing, ensuring maximum return on investment for clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, contributing to agency growth.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the campaign, resolving them in an efficient and timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new market opportunities, and competitive activities to inform commercial strategies.
- Client ownership: The clients for whom you are responsible for are listed within the internal account management tracker.

- Workflow planning
- Work with your manager to set objectives and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and attend training sessions to develop your skills
- Contribute to thought leadership across the agency
- Focus on testing and building out new social platforms for the agency to grow this department
- Assist on new business information where needed
