Job Summary

We are a Skincare Clinic seeking a creative and enthusiastic London based, Social Media Content Creator/Tik Tok Host to join our friendly team to showcase our treatments and products and drive sales. You will create engaging content, host on Tik Tok and other Social Media outlets such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. to connect authentically with our audience to promote and sell our amazing treatments and products. Passion, interest and/or experience in Skincare essential.

Should be London based as will be working mainly on site at the Clinic in Central London. Flexible hours.

Responsibilities

You will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience effectively.

Host Tik Tok sessions (sometimes live) to showcase treatments and products answer questions and drive sales.

Create short engaging Tik Tok and instagram content aligned with brand trends. Creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok.

Build relationships with viewers, encourage sales and hit targets during live streams.

Monitor Tik Tok trends to keep content fresh and relevant. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, responding appropriately to foster community engagement. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.

Provide feedback and insight on content and live performance to improve results. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote our products and services. Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for enhancing our social media presence.

Help analyse social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

Skills

Knowledge, interest and/or passionate about Skincare
Happy to be the host (face) of the brand online presence as and when required.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being pro-active and self-motivated.
Creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
Excellent English written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
