We are seeking a candidate with a passion for customer service in the ever-evolving world of Market data and procurement and cost control activities. The successful candidate will be joining the Managed Services team in London with immediate effect.

The candidate will maintain Database inventories, contracts, and cost allocations of market data users across multiple clients. The Administrator will work in close partnership with the different business units to ensure a quick response to business requests. If you are a problem solver and enjoy data analysis, solving complex problems and delivering to a high level of customer satisfaction, this is the right role for you.

Role includes:

· Database population and Inventory Management

· Maintenance of Contracts, contract items and pricing

· Assisting in the demand management process

· Following the procurement process from initial requirements through to PO generation and service delivery.

· Managing day to day requests ensuring quick response time to users’ request

· Assisting with reporting and Month end activities.

· Maintaining close relationships with end-users and have a good understanding of their requirements

· Working in a small team fully committed to delivering a high level of customer service excellence to every client they support.

Candidates must also possess the competencies & Achievements below:

· A proven track record of success at GCSE, A-Level and Degree Level

· Have exposure to the Microsoft Office suite and possess excellent I.T. Skills.

· A strong willingness to learn and progress

· Be a self starter with a "Can do" attitude.

· Be creative and make you mark in the corporate world

· Able and willing to work in teams as well as alone using your own initiative.

· A strong willingness to learn from the bottom up and grow with the company.

· Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills.

· Impeccable time management skills.

· Have an excellent Customer Focus.

· Be smart and presentable

· Be fluent, both Written and Orally, in the English Language.

Working remotely

Please do not apply for this role if you are not looking for a contract position, are unable to work from the London office locations or do not have a strong desire to progress your career in Market Data procurement.

Although we allow for flexibility in our approach to Hybrid working the role is primarily office based sitting amongst our team on client sites. We strongly believe the best way to learn is direct interaction with others and adopt this approach in our service delivery model.

This role is for a rolling 12 months contract. You will be contracted on a Self employment basis based in London.

You must be fluent, both written and orally, in the English Language.
